Let’s reorder pdf.
Add pdf files to get started.
Three steps. One less task.
- 01
Open the PDF and note each page's original position.
- 02
Enter every page to keep in the new order, for example 3, 1, 2.
- 03
Create the reordered PDF and verify its page count and sequence.
Good to know
Use actual page positions starting at 1. Include every page you intend to keep. To move the last page to the front, put its number first, followed by the remaining pages.
Put PDF pages into an explicit new order
The Page order field describes the complete output, not just the pages to move. In a three-page PDF, 3, 1, 2 moves the last page to the front and retains all three. Any unlisted page is left out; repeated page numbers are copied more than once. Ascending ranges can be combined with individual numbers.
Positions refer to the source document as uploaded and begin at 1. Existing numbers printed on the pages do not change when pages move. If you need a new sequence printed on the finished document, add it afterward with Number PDF pages and check for overlap with existing footers.
A few things you might ask.
Can I enter only the page I want to move?
No. The output includes only the sequence you enter. Include all pages you want to retain, in their desired final order.
Can I reverse a range with 5-1?
Ranges must ascend. To reverse five pages, enter 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Check the exported count to catch omitted or duplicated pages.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
This tool processes files on your device. Moving a file between Fitabyte tools uses a one-use browser handoff that expires after 10 minutes; abandoned handoffs are cleared on your next visit. Your original stays unchanged.
Can I use this tool on my phone?
Use a current browser and keep the tab open during processing. Available memory and processing speed depend on your device; start with a smaller file for large PDFs or video.
