Merge PDF Files Online
Combine multiple PDFs into one document. Arrange the files and merge them in your browser without uploading them.
Let’s merge pdf.
Add pdf files to get started.
Three steps. One less task.
- 01
Add at least two PDF files to the tray.
- 02
Arrange the files in the order their pages should appear.
- 03
Merge and review the beginning, end and joining point of each document.
Good to know
Pages are appended in file order. Use Reorder PDF to change the order inside a document. Merging is not compression. Protected source files may need an unlocked copy first.
Merge several PDFs in the order you choose
The merger copies all pages from the first PDF, then all pages from the next, following the file-tray order. Page dimensions can differ within the merged document. It accepts up to 1,000 combined pages, although available browser memory may make smaller batches more practical.
This is a page-copy operation, not a rasterized compression pass. If you need only selected pages, extract or delete them before merging. Keep original documents when signatures, interactive forms, attachments or document-level navigation matter; copying pages does not guarantee that those features remain usable.
A few things you might ask.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
There is no input-password control in this merger. An encrypted or damaged source can fail to load. Use an accessible copy you are authorized to edit.
Why is the merged file still too large for email?
Merging combines pages; it does not target a smaller size. Remove unnecessary pages first. Compress PDF can create a smaller visual copy, but its rendering step removes selectable text and interactive features.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
This tool processes files on your device. Moving a file between Fitabyte tools uses a one-use browser handoff that expires after 10 minutes; abandoned handoffs are cleared on your next visit. Your original stays unchanged.
Can I use this tool on my phone?
Use a current browser and keep the tab open during processing. Available memory and processing speed depend on your device; start with a smaller file for large PDFs or video.
